Get to the root cause of your wellness and weight challenges. Implement a sustainable, customized nutrition plan to meet your health and weight goals. Reduce pain of digestive disorders. Improve symptoms of autoimmune disorders. Incorporate mindful eating in your lifestyle to improve overall wellness. Discover WHY.
Ask why.
A functional approach to nutrition is one in which an RDN analyzes the confluence of factors that might be making you feel unwell or exacerbating symptoms as a result of autoimmune problems, digestive disorders, hormone imbalances, weight gain or loss, ADHD symptoms and more.
Our RDNs will analyze excesses and deficiencies in your diet, food-related behaviors and attitudes, outside factors like stress, the environment, cultural, and social contexts, as well as your genetic makeup.
Understanding why you might be feeling unwell, have reached a weight plateau, are struggling with hormone imbalances, or simply lack energy is the first step toward health. You will be an active part of any nutrition intervention plan as, together, with a functional Dietitian from our team, we will develop a plan together.
Nutrition education is a key piece of coaching, including learning about nutrient-dense foods, gut health, the connection between food and mental health and more. Nutrition coaching is a way to get patients involved in their wellness plan. And a functional approach ties it all together — connecting the dots between nutrition and wellness.

Many claim to be a nutritionist. But only a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) meets rigorous academic requirements with clinical training, holding a degree from an accredited university. Our RDNs stay informed of guidelines set by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to provide our patients with expert nutrition counseling.
