Adiana founded Compass Nutrition with the belief that everyone has the right to access medical nutrition therapy and accurate information. She works with patients of all medical nutrition needs has worked as a clinical dietitian at Weill Cornell’s Medicine’s Gastrointestinal, Metabolic, and Bariatric Surgery program since 2011. She’s a former Peace Corps Volunteer in Peru, and graduate of Stonehill College and Boston University.

Nikita, a graduate of UC Davis and Tufts University, is the practice manager at Compass. Her comprehensive approach to nutrition honors each patient’s traditions, culture, and history with food. She has vast experience in weight management, bariatric surgery, gut health, food sensitivities/intolerance, eating disorders, maternal and general nutrition. She works with patients ages 13 years and up.

Laura’s holistic nutrition approach to living a healthy lifestyle helps patients develop sustainable, nutrition habits. She graduated from Syracuse and New York University, she has extensive experience in weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, bariatric surgery, hyperlipidemia, and digestive diseases, working with patients ages 13 and up.
Balance, moderation, and approaching each patient’s nutrition needs from a place of listening and understanding are hallmarks of Patricia’s style. A graduate of Dominican College of Blauvelt and Brooklyn College, Patricia works with patients, 18 and up, of all medical nutrition needs, with a special focus working with patients with renal disease.

Melissa bases her practice on developing individualized, attainable, and sustainable health and lifestyle goals with each patient. Nutrition education is a key piece of medical nutrition therapy. She’s a graduate from Pennsylvania State University and specializes in cardiovascular disease, weight management, & digestive health.
Julianka is known for her compassion and attentiveness, understanding how difficult it is to make health a priority in a hectic world. She works with patients to build attainable, sustainable lifestyle changes, specializing in weight management, digestive health, and hormone imbalances. She’s a graduate of Temple University and Tufts University.
Empowering patients with the knowledge they need to live their healthiest life is Erika’s passion. Together, with patients, she creates individualized treatment programs for all nutrition needs. A graduate of New York University, Erika works with all medical nutrition needs, specializing in weight management, diabetes/renal, and wellness nutrition.

Darlene believes the most effective nutrition therapy is based on empowering patients to take charge of their health through nutrition education while creating individualized nutrition plans that fit into each person’s hectic life. A graduate of Florida International University, she has extensive experience in weight management, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and diabetes.
