Meet the team

We are a group of experienced NYC certified nutritionists and registered dietitians. We believe:

  • Food, and food traditions, should be celebrated.
  • Everybody deserves to live a life of health and wellness.
  • With guidance, you can develop sustainable, healthy habits to last a lifetime.
  • Every body should be honored and respected and seen. We are advocates for body diversity, working with people of all ages, shapes, sizes,  genders, and nutrition needs.
  • Our patients have the right to take an active role in their nutrition program.
  • Medical nutrition therapy can be instrumental in the treatment and prevention of  chronic conditions (GI and digestive disorders, diabetes and endocrine issues, autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular health and more).
  • Each weight loss, weight gain, and weight maintenance program must be individualized.
  • Health begins before birth, and the right pre-natal and post-natal nutrition can make a big difference in your, and your baby’s lives.

Many claim to be a nutritionist. But only a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) meets rigorous academic requirements with clinical training, holding a degree from an accredited university. Our RDNs stay informed of guidelines set by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to provide our patients with expert nutrition counseling.

You will be paired with the best Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for your needs. We can’t wait to work with you and be part of your journey of health.
