RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS | FIBROMYALGIA | CHRONIC FATIGUE
Take back control of your life. Improve wellness, manage chronic pain, and boost energy levels with the guidance of expert NYC nutritionists and dietitians.
Many who battle with autoimmune diseases feel like they have no control about personal wellness and health. Most patients with autoimmune diseases suffer from chronic pain. Chronic pain leads to an increased risk of weight gain, depression, heart disease, and many more physical and emotional symptoms.
One of the best antidotes to autoimmune disorders isn’t found at the pharmacy, instead in your pantry. You will be paired with the one of our Registered Dietitian Nutritionists to develop an individualized nutrition plan increasing anti-inflammatory foods to reduce inflammation and improve symptoms of autoimmune diseases. Anti-inflammatory diets have been proven effective with autoimmune diseases as they are high in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, fish, healthy fats, and nuts.
We work with clients to not only give them lifestyle alternatives but answer questions regarding supplements and their effectiveness. Together, we will find a suitable, sustainable diet program to build up your immune system and body.
A registered dietitian and certified NYC nutritionist’s job is to teach you ways to live with your autoimmune disease by creating a diet plan that will help you feel better. We also work with loved ones and caregivers to create positive nutrition plans for the entire family.
You can take control of your life. You are not your disease.
Manage and prevent chronic pain.
Boost energy levels.
Take control of your life.

It was very informative and helpful. I learned a lot on my visit with Dr Nikita Kapur. She was very easy to talk to and I got some good suggestions. I left really thinking about how to work on my eating composition
We met Nikita kapur and she is outstanding. She was very knowledgable and gave a realistic advise on diet. In today's social world its important for the dietician to look at all outlooks and she explained us everything with so much details. Diet is about balanced eating and have been following her advice since we met her and already feel a difference! She is amazing !!!
Met with Erika and she was lovely. Very nice and easy to talk to. She offered up a test/solution based on my issues described and I left with a solid plan of action. Looking forward to working with her more and seeing if we can get to the bottom of my problems.
I have been going to Compass for some time now and Erika is just the best. She is very understanding and works with you to tailor my eating habits and does not look to take things away. She has helped me discover how to eat better with simple changes. I recommend her to anyone looking for a great nutritionist.
Erika helped me get unstuck off a weight plateau I've been stuck on for 10 years. It's amazing.
I had my first appointment with Dr Nikita Kapur today and she was wonderful. She communicated a ton of information, but broke things down in a way that was easy to understand and digest. I was recently diagnosed with SIBO (and have autoimmune diseases) and went to her to help with reintroduction of foods, but learned so much more. While I feel there is a long road ahead of me, I feel confident that with her guidance, I will get my gut health to a good place.
Nikita has been an instrumental guide in helping me navigate the recovery process after a SIBO diagnosis and working through the elimination/reintroduction diet. I know folks with IBS dealing with these elimination diets on their own and they all wish they could have access to a nutritionist throughout the process - I'm lucky to have been referred to Compass by my GI doc and lucky to have Nikita keeping me sane through the process.
Met with Nikita Kapur today and got some great advice on ways to improve diet and wellness game. Thank you, Nikita.
Many claim to be a nutritionist. But only a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) meets rigorous academic requirements with clinical training, holding a degree from an accredited university. Our RDNs stay informed of guidelines set by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to provide our patients with expert nutrition counseling.
